Nature and hiking areas
Kintulammi is a wonderful hiking and nature reserve located in Tampere, in the Teisko-Aitolahti area. It is a nature and hiking destination open to everyone with its paths, tall trees, sheds and directional signs. In the Hervantajärvi camping area, there are about 10 km of guided hiking trails and 2 campfire sites, of which there is a unique, organically designed shed complex with wooden litter boxes and dry latrines in connection with Viitastenperä.

Kintulammi hiking and nature reserve
Kintulammi is a wonderful hiking and nature reserve located in Tampere, in the Teisko-Aitolahti area. It is a nature and hiking destination open to everyone with its paths, tall trees, sheds and directional signs. The area is located approximately 20 km northeast of the center of Tampere.

Hervantajärvi hiking area
The area of Hervantajärvi is used in a variety of ways, for example for walking, skiing, mountain biking and trail running, and the routes in the area naturally lead towards the south, to Viitastenperä, where Tampere, Kangasala and Lempäälä's "border laundry of the three municipalities" is located. Unguided nature trails continue from Viitastenpera to Kangasala's Kaarinanpolku and Lempäälä's Birgitan polku.
